The school IT technician / IT Support Provider should first diagnose the problem to ensure it is not a local issue, e.g. the MAC address hasn’t been reserved or there is an issue on their switch etc.


If the issue is not a local problem but an issue within 8x8 or the client/hard phone then log with LBBD IT support via Email: or Tel: 0208 227 2013
