If you require an RSA token to enable access to Oracle, ask Schools HR to log a call with the Elevate service desk requesting:
An Oracle cost code or purchase order number for payment will be needed (tokens are £35 each for 3 years access)
If you have an RSA token to reassign to another user, email Gillian Bratley (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the following information:
