What to do when you have an IT service issue

RSA tokens / Citrix / Oracle

RSA token

If you require an RSA token to enable access to Oracle, ask Schools HR to log a call with the Elevate service desk requesting:

An Oracle cost code or purchase order number for payment will be needed  (tokens are £35 each for 3 years access)

If you have an RSA token to reassign to another user, email Gillian Bratley ( with the following information:

Oracle login

If you require a login to Oracle, please contact your school HR contact.
